Joseph, the owner/operator, started Landscaper Joes in loving memory of his father, Rocky Tarrant. Rocky was a very successful business owner in Tulsa, Oklahoma. His works ranges from beautiful outdoor brick and stone fireplaces-Kitchens to gorgeous flagstone patios for backyards. All these amazing talents that he passed onto his son, Joseph Tarrant. Joseph has always been interested in horticulture since he was young. He also developed a knack for designing beautiful custom landscapes to go along with these beautiful outdoor living projects.
